FHS is seeking a full time Science Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will hold a certification in both Physical and Life Sciences and will have experience teaching in both content areas. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, engaging teacher who provides rigorous, high-quality instruction and support to our students. Candidates would preferably have experience in a high school setting using proficiency-based instructional practices and NGSS standards for units and lessons.
Requirements:
(350S)- Physical Science Teacher and (395S)- Life Science Teacher Certification from Maine Dept. of Education.
