Position Overview: We're on the hunt for a stellar person with the heart of a child, the patience of a saint, and the creativity of a superhero! As part of our fun-loving crew, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing the minds and hearts of our little superheroes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and imaginative experiences for your small sidekick.
- Be the ultimate playtime champion and ensure every child feels safe, happy, and loved.
- Guide tiny explorers through the wonders of learning, from ABCs to 123s and beyond.
- Collaborate with fellow staff to plan superhero-worthy activities.
- Recording data on kiddo's goals, to help support their current skills and build to greater ones!
Qualifications:
- A heart bursting with love for kids and an unstoppable enthusiasm for teaching.
- Experience in a preschool or early childhood setting would be lovely, but not required!
- Superb communication skills, with an extra helping of patience and empathy.
- Ability to turn everyday moments into magical learning experiences.
- An imagination that's boundless and ready to take flight.
