*EVENING SECRETARY - PART-TIME
      Mid-Maine Regional Adult Community Education
Academic Year Evening Secretary - 16.0 hours / week (4 hrs. per evening; 4 evenings per week) 
                  Starting - January 22, 2020.        

Applicant should possess strong skills in the following:

*Excellent customer service skills

*Computer software (including data entry)

*Organization and attention to detail

*Multi-tasking

*Flexibility, teamwork, and self-initiative

 

Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:  processing registrations, data entry, answering phones, providing word processing services for the administration team, greeting and opening classrooms for instructors and students, preparing course evaluations, maintain positive office environment, schedule appointments, and assist instructors with audio-visual needs.  Application deadline:  December 30, 2019             EOE
