Job Description:
Located in midcoast Maine and serving the towns of Bremen, Damariscotta, and Newcastle, RSU #48 offers a quality education to its students. The Great Salt Bay School has an opening for a School Principal starting July 1, 2025.
The Great Salt Bay School is an active and student-focused school of approximately 390 students in grades pre-K-8 with strong community connections. School staff work hard to ensure that students and staff are continuously learning and growing educationally and socially. We work with local entities to enhance our educational programming, including Coastal Rivers Conservation Trust, FARMS program, Kieve-Wavus and more.
Qualifications Desired:
Candidates should have no less than five years of public school teaching experience. Experience in Administration is preferred. Maine certification 040 Building Administrator required.
