Personnel Secretary – Office of the Superintendent

CHRC required 
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's degree preferred
Courses and/or successful experience in Google Apps and Microsoft Office preferred

Must have:
Knowledge of office methods and procedures
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Typing proficiency equivalent to an experienced legal secretary
Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
Ability to communicate effectively with administrators, staff, and the general public
Ability to satisfy requirements of administrative assistant to the Superintendent of Schools when necessary
