PreK Teacher
Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating and implementing developmentally appropriate activites and lessons in a safe environment? RSU 24 is seeking a PreK Teacher at Mountain View School in Sullivan and would welcome you to our MV Team! Key skill areas include fostering a positive classroom where children feel valued and safe, ability to encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning, classroom management with knowledge or willingness to learn Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and conscious discipline, collaborating positively with peers, and love of young children. The successful candidate will hold a Maine Department of Education Teacher Certification #029 Early Elementary Endorsement. Must hold a current MDOE Criminal History Records Check. Pay is based upon experience and level of education.
