Drummond Woodsum & MacMahon (“DWM” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting users’ privacy. This Privacy Policy is designed to inform users of the website (the “Site”) about what user information we gather through the Site, how we gather and use information provided to, or collected by, us through the Site, and under what circumstances we will disclose such information. Personally Identifiable Information We Collect

We collect certain personally identifiable information when you sign up for the Site.  The types of personally identifiable information that we collect include, without limitation, your: (a) name; (b) e-mail address; and (c) any and all other information requested on the applicable registration form(s).

As a candidate you agree that, by submitting your personal information on the Site, you may be contacted by employers who may post positions on the Site or use the Site to search for employees.  As an employer you agree that, by submitting your personal information on the Site, you may be contacted by candidates who post information on the site or use the Site to search for jobs.  We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy.  

We may employ other companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf.  Examples include updating, maintaining, and hosting the Site.  The agents performing these limited functions on our behalf shall have access to our users’ personal information as needed to perform their functions for us, but we do not permit them to use your personal information for other purposes.

We will also use your personal information for customer service, to provide you with information that you may request. We may also use your personal information for internal business purposes, such as analyzing and managing our business.

Our web site includes social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and widgets, such as the ShareThis button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site.
