First Grade Classroom Teacher

St. Michael School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated First Grade Teacher to join our learning community for the 2025-2026 school year.

The ideal candidate is an experienced first grade teacher who can prepare and deliver effective instruction, evaluate student progress, manage student behaviors with effective classroom strategies, and apply themselves to their own professional growth. A practicing Roman Catholic who is passionate about teaching and building a faith-filled foundation for our students is preferred. 

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field 
• Equivalent teaching certification or eligibility
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
