Helen S Dunn is accepting applications for Assistant cook for the 26-27 school year. This is a school year position. The schedule is 7:30 A.M - 1:00 P.M, Monday-Friday (27.5 hrs/week). State of Maine CHCR (fingerprinting/backgroundcheck) is required. Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods is required.
Essential Functions:
Asst with planning and preparation of daily school meals. Cooking, and serving of meals that meet state and federal nutritional guidelines, adhere to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, district policies, and engage with students to provide an inviting atmosphere, and perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Experience is preferred, but not required; training will be provided to the candidate for all requirements.
