MaineHealth is seeking Residential Care Workers to join their team at Maine Behavioral Healthcare! 

Maine Behavioral Healthcare offers transitional residential treatment programs for individuals navigating mental health challenges. Spanning across 12 programs from York to Belfast, our environment fosters support and encourages ongoing treatment and community integration.

As a proficient Residential Care Worker, you'll play a crucial role in providing individuals with the chance to enhance their overall functioning and quality of life. By guiding them towards achieving their treatment objectives within both the residential program and the broader community, you'll make a significant impact on their journey towards maintaining recovery and reducing stigma. Position Highlights:

  • Sign-on bonus: Up to $3,000, amount prorated for part-time
  • Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) – “What you will need”:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Salaries are based on years of experience and education.
  • License/Certifications: Active Certified Residential Medication Aide and Personal Support Specialist certification however MBH will pay for training as needed. Valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience working in a residential setting preferred.
