Consider joining an established team of Instructional Coaches in MSAD 52! The perfect candidate will become a member of a highly collaborative team of Instructional Coaches, School Principals and District Administrators.

While working as a Coaching Team, each Instructional Coach is assigned to only one school, giving the opportunity of: 

• Ongoing training and professional development opportunities in all content areas 
• Participation in Coaching Labs and training in Diane Sweeney’s Student-Centered Model
• Partnership and training through Maine Partnerships in Comprehensive Literacy (MPCL) through the University of Maine
• Membership of Maine Curriculum Leaders Association (MCLA) Coaching Cohort

Preferred candidate will have:

• Master's Degree
• State of Maine Teaching Certification
• Minimum of three years classroom teaching experience

Base Salary for the 2024-2026 School Year: $44,989.00

Deadline: Until suitable candidates are found. This postion will begin at the start of the 2025 - 2026 school year.
