Elementary Principal Village Elementary School, Gorham’s smallest elementary school of approximately 390 K-5 students, is seeking a dynamic educational leader to join its team as Principal. The ideal candidate must demonstrate an exceptional ability to build strong collaborative relationships with students, staff, and the community at-large; strong interpersonal and communication skills working with multiple constituencies; a passion for academic excellence founded on a dedication to student-centered learning and standards-based education; a solid work ethic; and reflective and confident leadership skills consistent with Gorham’s core values and vision. Appropriate MDOE certification required. Experience preferred.
