Description: MSAD 11 is seeking a team-oriented educator who is open to learning new instructional practices to join the Helen Thompson School staff as an Education Technician III in our special education program. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high degree of self-motivation, an independent work ethic, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with students while collaborating effectively with special educators, general educators, service providers, and administrators. Experience in lesson planning and small group instruction, along with working with students with a variety of educational profiles, is strongly preferred.
