First Grade Teacher
RSU 24 is seeking a First Grade Teacher at Cave Hill School in Eastbrook. Key areas of strength include strong early literacy and math skills, classroom management with knowledge or willingness to learn Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and conscious discipline, use of data to inform teaching, planning developmentally appropriate lessons, collaborating positively with peers, and love of young children. The successful candidate will hold a Maine Department of Education Teacher Certification #020 General K-8 Endorsement. or #029 Early Elementary Endorsement. Must hold a current MDOE Criminal History Records Check. Pay is based upon experience and level of education.
