QUALIFICATIONS:
The Waterville School District is seeking an exceptional and visionary Alternative Education Teacher to join Waterville Senior High School beginning August 2025. We are looking for a dynamic educator who is passionate about making a difference and committed to helping develop one of the most innovative alternative education programs in the state. This is a full-time position where the successful candidate will collaborate with a dedicated team of alternative educators and teach a range of subjects across various grade levels. We are seeking the best—an individual who brings both expertise and creativity to the classroom, and who can inspire and engage students in meaningful learning experiences. Preference will be given to applicants with prior alternative education experience. However, above all, we value:

$43,496.90 - $90,934.65*
