Stevens Brook Elementary school is seeking a highly qualified elementary principal

The ideal candidate(s) will meet the following criteria:

• Ability to drive student and teacher growth and achievement
• Demonstrate and implement effective assessment systems and analyze data to inform decisions
• Ability to provide and support teacher growth, through high-leverage feedback via classroom observations
• Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders, i.e., teachers, students, families, colleagues, and community
• Have a deep knowledge of effective literacy and numeracy instructional practices
• Foster a collaborative school environment with stakeholders to cultivate a positive climate and support students' academic and social-emotional development
• Strong organizational skills, careful attention to detail, and follow-through
• At least 3 years of teaching experience - required
• 040 certification - required
