Andover is a small town in Oxford County, Maine with a population of approximately 820. It is located in the popular ski areas of The Western Maine mountains and crossed by the Appalachian Trail.
The Andover Elementary School provides educational opportunities to children in grades Pre-K thru 5. Students in grades 6 thru 12 have choice and may attend a number of schools in this area.
The Andover Elementary School has a part-time (1 day per week) Pre-K thru 5 Music Teacher for the 2023/2024 school year. The successful candidate will demonstrate being student centered with a strong grasp of content knowledge, including best practices in Music instruction, an understanding of standards-based assessment, the ability to use technology in instruction and to support the mission of the school.
*Must have Maine State Teacher Certification with a 614 endorsement.
