Leonard Middle School seeks a committed and experienced Head Cross Country Coach. We're looking for a dynamic leader who can inspire student-athletes, build a program designed around learning, fostering a culture of hard work and making sure kids are having fun.
Responsibilities Include:

Coaching and managing the LMS Cross Country program.

Planning and conducting practices, games, and off-season training.

Promoting character development, academic accountability, and sportsmanship.

Collaborating with school staff, and parents
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Strong knowledge of Cross Country training fundamentals and strategy.

Ability to motivate, mentor, and connect with student-athletes.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Appropriate coaching certifications and CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).

Compliance with all school and athletic association regulations.
