  Speech and Language Pathologist

• Maine certificate, 293 endorsement and current CHRC approval
• Valid CCC-SLP preferred, or on track to obtain CCC-SLP license within one year 
• Experience conducting developmental screenings, speech and language evaluations, and observations in the learning environment
• Schedule and provide speech/language therapy and consultation services
• Consult regularly with school staff and IEP team members to discuss student progress, needs, and recommendations
• Consult with staff regarding Deaf and Hard of Hearing needs / audiological equipment  
• Contribute to pre-referral intervention teams to support RTI methods
• Collect and analyze data to support individual programs
• Provide special education case management services including completion of special education paperwork and procedures, such as IEPs, diagnostic evaluations, progress reports, and Mainecare billing requirements (for those eligible)
• Participate in staff development and school initiatives to maintain and promote professional growth
