Description: The Director of Communications, Alumni Relations, and Event Planning is a multifaceted senior leadership position working closely with Erskine Academy’s Headmaster, Assistant Headmaster, and other senior leadership to create and implement a strategic communications plan inclusive of messaging and content, vehicles for communications, and public relations; serves as a primary liaison to Erskine Academy’s alumni; and coordinates events aimed at promoting and supporting the academy and its mission.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in work-related responsibilities commonly associated with communications, alumni relations, development, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Outstanding communication skills, including direct interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in an environment requiring flexibility and prompt reaction.
- Extensive experience in writing and editing, including command of grammar, development of concise and illustrative text, and proofreading.
- Proficiency with digital media software, including webpage design, picture editing, and social media.
- Demonstrated excellence in the area of organizational skills and project management.
- Ability to multitask multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
