Sanford Special Education Department has an immediate opening for a Maine Certified Ed Tech 2 or 3 at Carl J Lamb School.This position will work closely with the Special Education Teacher to implement lesson plans targeting academic, functional and social/emotional skills.The position is responsible for teaching students with significant learning disabilities that impact their ability to communicate, perform age specific skills and at times demonstrate safe behavior. This position works with students in small group as well as 1:1 as needed, data collection and supports students in the mainstream setting and implement behavior support plans if needed. Experience working in a K-4 setting preferred.
