Lake Region Middle School is seeking an organized, flexible, and reliable individual able to work effectively in any and all school settings as a permanent substitute.

The permanent substitute is a school year position, 175 student days, 6.5 hours per day

In addition to strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ideal candidate possesses knowledge of and experience with:

• Middle school level academic work in all subject areas
• Effective classroom management strategies, including establishing and maintaining routines and procedures
• Building and maintaining supportive relationships with students
• Maintain confidentiality
• Be a team player and have communication skills with students, staff, and parents

Experience and familiarity with office procedures and classroom instruction - preferred

Rate:  $110 - $120 per day

Single Health Care Coverage available subsidized at 50%
