2025- 26 Clerical Staff

Must hold or be eligible for a Manie Department of Education Criminal History Record Check (CHRC)

Full-time, school-year only position

  • 175 student days, plus 10 days prior to the start of school and 10 days after end of school
  • 12 paid holidays
  • Pay based upon experience.

Hermon High School seeks a professional and motivated individual to join our office staff. This Clerical Staff position is in direct support of the Assistant Principal. The successful candidate should have a good rapport with teenagers, faculty, and parents, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multitask. Google Suite and PowerSchool experience a plus.

Qualifications:

  1. Associate’s degree, preferred
  2. Equivalent work experience

Reports To:

  • High School Assistant Principal

Job Goal:

  • To assist the high school administrators with tasks necessary for the efficient operation of the school.

Performance Responsibilities:

  1. Maintains the official accurate records of student attendance, tardies, dismissals, etc.
  2. Prepares and distributes the daily attendance report.
  3. Prepares suspension, class/es missed, absence report as required by the superintendent’s office.
  4. Assists with substitutes and does the substitutes report as required.

The position will remain open until a qualified candidate is found.
