Description:
The secretary for the Assistant Principal / Athletic Director at Spruce Mountain High School plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the school’s administrative and athletic departments. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and excellent computer proficiency. The secretary provides direct support to the Athletic Director and serves as a receptionist, assists with supply management and record keeping, as well as processes all the athletic schedules and rosters. Strong interpersonal, communication, and independent decision making are essential, along with a commitment to confidentiality and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- Criminal History Records Check approval through the Maine Department of Education
