MSAD #44 is accepting applications for a Maintenance Supervisor. This is a full-time, 52 week position. This individual is responsible for the district's buildings and grounds. They need to organize and implement plans designed to maintain and improve the District’s facilities, grounds, and equipment; have knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations in the maintenance industries; supervise district maintenance personnel; determine and initiate the proper action to be taken to effectively and expeditiously complete repairs in accordance with school policy and sound maintenance practices.
