- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Assessments to Determine Students’ Physical Therapy Needs and Develop Individualized Educational Plan Goals
- Provide Direct Physical Therapy and Consult Services to Students in Accordance with their IEP Goals and Objectives
- Implement Evidence-Based Therapeutic Interventions and Techniques to Enhance Student’s Motor Skills, Balance, Coordination, Strength, and Mobility
- Maintain Accurate and Up-To-Date Documentation of Required Paperwork
- Collaborate with Teacher and Other School Personnel to Ensure Integration of Therapy Goals into the Education Setting
- Communicate Effectively with Parents/Guardians
- Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program
- Valid State Licensure or Eligibility for Licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Contracted Service Provider Applicants must have Own Professional Liability Insurance
