The Calais School Department seeks highly qualified applicants for the full-time position of middle/high school principal. Our next school leader will possess strong leadership skills and be ready to take our school, students, staff, and community to its next level of success and beyond.

Our high school is located on a hill overlooking the St. Croix River in Calais, Maine. We have approximately 350 students in Grades 7 - 12. Our school is unique in many ways including our shared facilities with the St. Croix Technical Center, an on-site school-based health center, and an off-site Experiential program, and we receive high school students from numerous sending communities. We provide our students with several extra- and co-curricular activities to promote engagement throughout their school careers.

The position:

• Maine State Building Administrator certification (040) or eligible for (040)
