MSAD 41 is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to join our team in providing essential therapeutic services to students with disabilities from Pre-K through 5th grade. This part-time position will support students in achieving their educational goals through individualized physical therapy interventions within the school setting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct Service Delivery:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments for students referred for services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students 
• Document student progress and maintain accurate treatment records
• Participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
